- Pickup from Our Facilities: Customers may also select to pick up their order directly from our premises in Elefsina, 19200, Greece, at no additional shipping cost.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
- Shipping Costs: Calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location. The final cost is displayed before you complete your order.
- Order Confirmation: After completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation including:
- full order details,
- shipping cost,
- the selected courier,
- estimated delivery time based on your destination.
- Handling Time: Orders are dispatched after full payment has been cleared.

Returns & Refund Policy
Tessera4x4 Accessories accepts product returns only in cases where the company is at fault, such as:
- The order being delivered damaged, or
- A wrong product, SKU, or code being shipped by mistake.
Returns or refunds cannot be accepted if the issue results from incorrect order details provided by the customer, improper installation or handling, or any other reason not attributable to Tessera4x4 Accessories.
Customers must first contact our Customer Service Department within 15 days from the delivery date, providing proof of delivery and photographic evidence of the issue. Our team will review the case and confirm whether the mistake or damage is attributable to Tessera4x4 Accessories before authorizing any return or replacement.
Once the return request is approved, detailed instructions for the product’s return or replacement will be provided.
After the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement product or credit note/refund will be issued accordingly.
